CIA Agent who leaked confidential info to the New York Times and sentenced to 42 months argued he should be give then same leniency shown to former Gen. David Petraeu who disclosed classified information to his mistress and got no jail time.

The rate at which this country is prosecuting whistleblowers, leakers, and journalists is astounding. The government should be made to be held accountable for illegal or "shady" actions, not merely afraid of getting caught. I do not like this standard and the direction it's taking this country. Not to overly generalize this one case, but on the great scheme of the things, it is a clear standard being exercised.
