Ok, if they claim they own the software forever and you arent allowed to modify it then THEY are forever responsible for updating it and fixing it no matter what. You dont get to claim ownership and then shirk the responsibility that entails. Any computer glitch is 100% the manufacturers problem and responsibility to fix.
