Leaked TPP Chapter Proposes Drastic Copyright Changes

The bit about ISP Liability is worrying. Basically ISP's are going to be held accountable for copyright infringement. So if anyone is busted torrenting multiple times the ISP might be liable to shut your access off. They are also required to have a filter on the content going in. Now whether this will lead to ISP to have miniature NSA offices combing through everyone's searches we'll have to say. Wonder what the look on their faces will be when they find out the number of people who torrent. Can't arrest everyone... But I imagine many fines are going to be handed out.
